Here are the results for the 2012 Ohio Republican primary.
Former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.) went into the Buckeye state contest virtually tied with Mitt Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts and current GOP frontrunner. According to the latest data from HuffPost Pollster, Sen. Santorum led Gov. Romney 32.6 percent to 32.5 percent. Newt Gingrich, the former Speaker of the House, trailed with 15.7 percent of the vote, while Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.) had 11.9 percent.

In 2008, Romney finished in fourth place in Ohio, with just 3.3 percent of the vote, according to The New York Times. Rep. Paul finished ahead of Romney, garnering 4.6 percent of the vote, to take third place in the contest.
There are 66 delegates up for grabs on primary day, but only 63 will be awarded based on Tuesday's vote. The three remaining delegates are Republican party officials who are not bound to any particular candidate.
